Casino Niagara
Spring/Summer 2007

Guests at Casino Niagara are rewarded for crossing the border with plenty of good games, exciting entertainment and fabulous food.

The 95,000-square-foot Canadian casino offers 80 tables and some contests that go 'round the clock. You can vie with extraterrestrials on Alien Video slots or with the Sphinx on Cleopatra slots. For something exotic, roll Sic Bo, a Chinese dice game. Or play a hand of Caribbean stud poker. Traditionalists enjoy blackjack, roulette and poker, the latter going 24 hours a day. A new sports gaming room features 26 high-definition TVs for playing the odds on hockey, football, baseball and basketball. For newcomers, full instruction for all games is available on the casino's Web site (www.casinoniagara.com).

But chips and cards are not the only way to go. There's entertainment, including free live music on the Molson Canadian Rocks stage every Friday and Saturday. And on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, there's International Yuk-Yuk Stand Up Comedy. The comics are live and uncensored, which means guests in the room must be 19 or older. Drinks and snacks are available with the jokes and riffs.

The casino also houses a variety of restaurants. Asian and Mediterranean fare accents the all-you-can-eat Market Buffet, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perks Cafe keeps you going with coffee and deli sandwiches. Quench bar serves a full slate of whiskeys, cocktails and beers, along with snacks. Why not team a draft and a barbecue pork sandwich? At Lucky's restaurant, you can stay traditional with entrees such as grilled cedar plank salmon and filet mignon. Or you can go for broke with a build-your-own burger followed by a mud pie.
